Q: How do I receive my order?
A: We ship all orders via FedEx™. Orders completed before 4:00 PM EST will be processed for shipping that day. Orders completed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed for shipments going out the following business day. Saturday and Sunday shipments are not currently available, all orders placed on weekends and holidays will be prepared the next working business day.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Depending upon the shipping option you choose, you can have your order within 7-10 days. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM EST will be scheduled for delivery on the following Monday.

I understand that if I am not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of receipt of my initial order, Essante Worldwide, will upon my written e-mail request, refund 100% of the amount charged to my credit card less the cost of shipping, and I understand that there will be a 20% shipping and handling fee deducted from the amount refunded.
